- TM Builders was the General Contractor for the work around the three new gondola stations
- Built the bottom, mid and top station footings and foundations and also completed extensive concrete and patio work around each of the three gondola stations
- New lift station location at Rendezvous required many retaining walls and steel structural support for the suspended slabs above
- Concrete structure at Rendezvous over 50 ft tall
- Heating system for paving stones
