• Excited for their first build, a fun young couple moved from Whistler to the beautiful, agricultural Pemberton Valley to be closer to her horses.
• The clients had a vision of building a home that they could grow into and raise a family in but also one that could serve them well now.
• Warm interiors and abundant natural light. The architectural design features offset volumes and cleverly differentiates public and private spaces.
• An eclectic marriage of their different backgrounds and travels. Record collections, sporting memorabilia and a blend of Scandinavian and Balinese influences all seamlessly mixed into the dwelling.
• Creative collaboration between the homeowner’s vision, design team and builder. The homeowners knew exactly what they wanted and were quick to make decisions, making the design and build process smooth and also a lot of fun.
