This home is situated in one of Whistler’s newest neighbourhoods. Set on a rocky lot that backs onto riparian wetland, the house was situated to allow for a private back yard while still utilizing view corridors to the west.
Board-formed concrete, modern architectural details and a panelled facade create a timeless aesthetic. Inside, the warmth of natural wood accents complement the clean lines. The strategic placement of windows allows for plenty of natural light while maintaining privacy from the neighbouring properties.
