We are looking for an individual who has a ‘let’s get this done (and get it done exceptionally well)’ attitude and is passionate about learning the ins and outs of construction to join the TM family. This person must have the right combination of DRIVE, SKILLS & ATTITUDE.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the job site is neat and tidy
Loading/Unloading Materials
Assisting with sitework
Working safely and ensuring the safety of others onsite
Respectfully representing TM Builders in day-to-day interactions with other staff, sub-trades, and clients
Coming to work daily with a positive, can-do attitude
Able to anticipate and trouble shoot potential problems
A Motivated, dependable and trustworthy team player

Experience Required:

A desire to learn as much as you can about construction
Friendly and approachable personality
Physical ability to perform construction tasks including lifting heavy objects and working at heights and in all weather conditions
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Must have own vehicle and a clean drivers abstract
