We are looking for an individual who has a let’s get this done and get it done well attitude and is passionate about learning the ins and outs of construction. This person must have the right combination of DRIVE, SKILLS & ATTITUDE.

Responsibilities

Keeping the job site is neat, tidy
Loading/Unloading Materials
Performing general carpentry tasks including framing, formwork, pouring foundations, siding, waterproofing, window and door installations, site preparation, site clean-up, and demolition
Ensuring projects are built according to approved plans, specifications and drawings, informing the foreman of any errors, material needs and seeking clarification as necessary
Working safely and ensuring the safety of others onsite
Respectfully representing TM Builders in day-to-day interactions with other staff, sub-trades, and clients
Coming to work daily with a positive, can-do attitude
Able to anticipate and trouble shoot potential problems
A Motivated, dependable and trustworthy team player

Experience Required:

Registered with a recognized provincial training authority
Demonstrated knowledge of construction practices and operation of tools
Ability to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision
Friendly and approachable personality
Physical ability to perform all construction tasks including lifting heavy objects, working at heights and in all weather conditions
Must have basic carpentry tools, tool belt, proper footwear
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Must have own vehicle and a clean drivers abstract
